What’s included in Fully Managed?
Our fully managed service offers a complete solution, including professional marketing, viewings, Right to Rent checks, and accompanied check-in appointments to ensure smoke alarms are tested. We handle rent reviews, rent collection with monthly statements, and arrears management. You’ll also receive a dedicated property manager with access to expert advice, as well as the management of routine repairs and maintenance. Additionally, we provide access to a fully qualified, insured, and vetted contractor panel, property refurbishment advice, annual safety inspections, periodic property visits, and deposit registration and processing.

Our Let Only service covers everything you need to get your property let. This includes professional marketing, property viewings, Right to Rent checks, and an accompanied check-in appointment to ensure smoke alarms are tested. We also offer expert rent review advice to help you maximise your rental income.
