Alex is Founder and Director of Proceed Property, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the business. Before founding Proceed Property, Alex spent many years working for a well-known corporate estate agent, where he gained comprehensive knowledge in various aspects of the industry, from property valuations to negotiations. This invaluable background has equipped him with the skills needed to provide clients with the highest level of service.

The concept behind Proceed Property was to create a more modern, personalised approach to estate agency. By leveraging the latest technology and innovative strategies, the team at Proceed Property streamlines the buying and selling process, ensuring a more efficient and enjoyable experience for clients.

Raised in Chepstow, Alex has a deep connection to the area, and his local market knowledge provides a distinct advantage when it comes to helping clients find their perfect home or secure the best sale price for their property.

Outside of his work in property, Alex is passionate about music. He enjoys playing guitar and singing at local pubs, clubs, and restaurants. His love for music fuels his creativity and allows him to think outside the box in both his personal and professional life

Harry is one of the Directors of Proceed Property Limited, bringing years of experience across various roles within the property industry. His background includes working as an Estate Agent, Landlord, Inventory Clerk, and EPC Assessor, which has provided him with a broad understanding of the sector.

Throughout his career, Harry collaborated with numerous Estate Agents and noticed a significant gap in the market. Despite advancements in technology and the availability of innovative software, the property industry had remained largely unchanged over the past 15 years. Agents, while skilled at getting properties on the market, often fell short when it came to proactively selling them. Recognising this, Harry and his team decided to open their own agency to demonstrate the impact of having a proactive agent on the sale price of a home.

Proceed Property Limited not only utilises the latest software but also emphasises transparency and communication with clients. They provide regular updates on marketing efforts, with a commitment to revising strategies if the desired results are not achieved. Every two weeks, Harry and his team dedicate a minimum of 30 minutes to marketing updates, ensuring that every step taken is aimed at achieving the best possible sale price. This level of dedication and attention to detail is rare among agents but is fundamental to the success of their clients.

Harry, a native of Chepstow with experience living in Lydney and Newport, has a deep knowledge of the local property market and understands the most effective marketing strategies for selling homes in these areas.

Emily is the Director of Lettings at Proceed Property, with over nine years of experience in the rental market. She has worked in all areas of lettings and enjoys providing a friendly, personal service.

Emily started her career as a Lettings Negotiator within a corporate estate agency, progressing to Senior Lettings Manager during her eight years there. During this time, she gained a strong understanding of all areas of lettings, including valuations, compliance, legislation, property management and negotiations. In 2025, Emily decided to take her experience in a new direction and set up Proceed Property, where she became Director of Lettings. Her aim was to bring her industry knowledge into a more personal, one-to-one service where landlords and tenants receive the time, communication and support they deserve.

Throughout her career, Emily has received multiple awards for her performance and customer service. She believes that good communication is one of the most important parts of lettings and prides herself on being honest, approachable and easy to deal with. Her aim is to make the lettings process as straightforward and stress-free as possible for both landlords and tenants.

Emily grew up in Chepstow and lived there for 18 years before moving to Rogiet, where she now lives. Having spent most of her life in the local area, she has a good knowledge of Chepstow and the surrounding areas and enjoys being part of the local community.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys tap dancing and yoga, collecting houseplants, and always has a craft project on the go. She also loves spending time at home with her fiancé and their two cats.

Ben is a Mortgage Broker for House & Holiday Home Mortgages (HHH Mortgages) and is excited to bring his extensive experience to Proceed Property as their dedicated mortgage broker at the new Chepstow office.

With several years of experience working for HHH Mortgages, Ben understands that buying a home can be a stressful process, even for seasoned buyers. His role is to guide clients through every step, from determining how much they can afford to borrow to identifying the right mortgage, securing the best deal from a wide range of lenders, and submitting the application. Ben is committed to ensuring that the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Having lived in the Forest of Dean, Bristol, and now Chepstow, Ben has a deep knowledge of the local area. He looks forward to assisting clients with both new and existing mortgages and invites everyone to visit him in the branch!

Sam has been a valued member of the Proceed Property team for the past year, having joined the company in July 2025. Since joining, he has progressed into his role as a Sales Negotiator, building a strong reputation for his enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to both buyers and sellers.

With a genuine passion for property and a strong understanding of the local market, Sam enjoys helping clients navigate what can often be one of the biggest decisions of their lives. His proactive approach, attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships with clients have seen him receive numerous 5-star Google reviews throughout his time at Proceed.

Having lived in Chepstow for the past ten years after moving from Bracknell, Sam has an excellent knowledge of Chepstow and the surrounding areas. Outside of negotiating sales, he has developed a particular interest in property marketing and social media, helping to showcase Proceed Property and its properties to a wider audience.

Sam is passionate about continuing to develop his knowledge of the local market and prides himself on providing honest, approachable and results-driven advice to every client he works with.

Ellie brings a wealth of experience from her background in hospitality. With a natural flair for customer service and a genuine passion for helping people, she thrives on creating a positive, memorable experience for every client that she works with!

Being local to the area, Ellie has a strong understanding of the community and a personal connection to the people we support. Her warm personality, attention to detail and proactive approach make her a fantastic fit for the team.
